Pavel A. (Pasha) Stenberg is a Partner at Polsinelli LLP. Pasha advises clients on a wide range of ever-evolving privacy and cybersecurity laws and regulations. Pasha’s practice includes assisting clients through data incident responses, conducting privacy and cybersecurity compliance exercises including data mapping risk assessments, creating policies and procedures, and assisting clients to respond to regulatory investigations into privacy compliance and data breaches. Pasha began his career in-house helping to develop and manage a full-scale privacy program.
Caitlin A. Smith is an associate in the Technology Transactions and Data Privacy practice at Polsinelli LLP. Caitlin’s professional focus is privacy and cybersecurity compliance. Caitlin advises clients on best practices to prepare for, prevent, and respond to cybersecurity incidents. Caitlin regularly counsels clients on risk management counseling, creation of policies and procedures, and facilitation of training exercises.
