And that's what I'm looking for, an MGA that has one of those contracts. This particular property was not damaged by Ike, other than needing a reroof. Solid structure.

Property is ineligible for TWIA due to no WPI-8. It's not technically a barrier island, it's Bolivar Peninsula. Not Galveston Island.

Start with Progressive. And the non-standards. Don't jump in too deepwith the commercial accounts. And move out of California, that'll help, too. haha.

Allstate is also allowed to broker for commercial policies. I write policies through Hartford, Zurich, Colony, etc. through Northeast Agencies, an MGA that Allstate and American National agencies are appointed to.

Actually, it depends on the company as to whether or not you can list all the of them as named insureds on the policy. And I don't really think any carrier will require all that documentation. Have them call Allstate, they can do it easily.

Allstate also has a program for vending machine operations, as well. try a local Allstate agent.
