I think 45% is really quite high for Brightway agents to pay for "back office" service and other features of the franchise. Perhaps 25% or 30% would be more realistic and not gouging the agents. Brooke failed due to this kind of thing. Bleeding the agent and his work is not a good idea! Ye...
