It is all under public liabilities. Well the lessor is responsible for any slips and trips of a pedestrian in his lease. He also has a duty of care for his lease and should be able to provide a safe place for anyone.

Any accidents that happen in a bar that resulted an injury should be covered by the owner of the property that is why there is such thing as public liability insurance. This protects them against negligence claims being brought on to them.

Hmmm...I'm not quite sure what you really need. Is it medical negligence solicitors or medical negligence insurance? You can both find them online. But before you commit yourself to a policy make sure you make a background check on the insurance company. You can even ask a solicitor for excellent ad...
