Hmmm.....I think you might find that the mortgage protection market is a different market than say final expense/senior market. As such the technics of generating business would be different. I have at one time or another used various lead generation sources and methods, and found that none are 100%...

For agency bill stuff, I routinely use Baytree Finace out of Illinois. They are based in a small town bank and are very helpful.

OK... I keep see and hearing that it is sofening and that carrier appointments are becoming available. But other than some softening in premium pricing for certain classes, I haven't seen any these effects yet. Am I looking in the wrong places?
