csr/bonus/commissions?

Wow I could quit and go to work for some of you guys! The real problem starts with what commission level is being paid to start with, also the cost of living for that area etc. What is a "fair wage" in one area may not be in another. In our area CSR's start at $8.50 Hour with no benefits.

You ever think of checking with the local Property & Casualty offices. They are always looking for people that REALLY WANT TO WORK. They get a good producer and you get leads. The bottom line is you still have to burn the midnight oil to get going. :D

I would really like to see ISO standardize roof loss on homes. Why not put it in the policy that a 10 year old roof gets depreciation on a sliding scale.
