Might anyone have a sample ops manual that you could share? We're opening our first agency and would really appreciate some guidance in developing our agency manual.

Well, we've narrowed our decision down to two vendors for our insurance agency management software. We welcome, however, any new or recent opinions current users have on these two systems. Preferably, it would be most beneficial to hear from those who went from one system to the other.
