Pollution Liability

Looking for $1,000,000 of contractors pollution for a mid-sized septic contractor. Fist of all is this a needed coverage as it is just human waste? Second, the only quotes I have obtained are in the $10,000 range. Unfortunantly the company I represent cannot offer this in the GL. Any suggestions?

i have quoted a couple of garages lately. it would seem to me that would always want to put direct primary coverage onto the policy as opposed to legal. Is their any reason why legal would be superior coverage to direct primary?
