Yes, but, in another posting you told me these kind of questions were more suited in this area, so I took your advice and posted my original question here!

Questionnaire would certainly need to be tailored toward commercial or personal lines, and yes probably more tailored for each type of commercial account.

I would like to know how many agents out there are still doing this: Calling Insureds upon renewal. Sending Insureds a letter upon renewal. Sending out a renewal questionnaire 60 days prior to renewals. If you are not doing any of the above, what kind of yearly contact do you have with your insureds?

Yes, most of the clients that I wrote within the last year of being there have contacted me.
