Come on now, what has happened to good customer service. We're their insurance agent - they can get that deal direct. They guy down the block will also surely let them know that their agency issues them for free (as we all should - ethically). Don't you know that greed breeds a small book in the end...

Not so smart contractor

The contractor is giving permission for his vehicle to be used in ways that he cannot control after it leaves the premises. There is no legal way he can check their driving record before lending the vehicle out short of asking the driver to provide an MVR each time he gets behind the wheel. He needs...

Is AIG auditing USLH for yourclients already carrying P &

Seems AIG auditors may be unfamiliar with P&I/MEL coverage and are picking up payroll for captain & crew members on the WC policy, charging them w/USLH rate. Not only did the auditor do this, but he never inquired of the insured (a marine contracting firm) "Do you have a P & I polic...
