Anyone have any input on IDS Insurance through Costco. It seems I have been competing with them alot recently and was wondering if anyone had any feedback about what is good or bad about the company, their policies, service, etc?

Course of Construction
In CA course of construction 8,000 sq ft home, Construction in progress over 2 yrs now and almost complete. Rep cost $2,300,000. I can only find Lexington Ins for $10,000 annual which is too high for client. Any other companies or Gen Agency I could check..

I have an insurance lic in California, Does anyone know what would be required to get a New York Insurance Lic? Would I be required to take the state written exam over again?
