Umbrella for Nevada LLC
This LLC owns two single family tenant occupied dwellings in Las Vegas. The underlying limits are at 500K per dwelling (with AMIG) and the LLC doesn't own any other properties. We would like to add 1M umbrella. Can't seem to find option for umbrella. Anyone have a suggestion?

CA Work Comp for armed & unarmed guards & patrol
Client is currently insured by Travelers and rate is $5.52 - are there any work comp programs or carriers or MGAs I can access that can compete with that rate or beat it? Client not interested in payroll/PEO arrangements.

Residential care home for brain injured ambulatory adults (not developmentally disabled) - for profit business - licensed for 15 beds. I checked mynewmarkets.com and had no luck. Any suggestions?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a MGA/wholesale outfit or a carrier who will work with me directly on Lawyers' E&O? Naturally there are plenty of E&S outfits who can help - but I'm wondering how I can access some of the premier CA admitted carriers which offer lawyers' E&O.

There are several carriers writing GL for these risks in CA - but it seems only two (AIG and State Fund) are writing the Work Comp.

I did check with an agent in town who can access Progressive - rate was so high I thought I would reach out to see what other options might be available.
