I have found that not all "Assualt and Battery" definitions are the same. Read the policy to get a good definition.

I.S.O. published protection classes in the past. I am not sure if they have it on-line. Also, ISO-Tel is a web based program where you can obtain specific fire rates. They also provide the RCP which the last 2 digits is the protection class.

Licensing is a major concern for all brokers. I have seen where carriers will license you in multiple states. Unfortunately, I am not sure if there is a cost involved. Ask your carriers for assistance.

Akos, I would assume the carrier would ask for infomation on both real and personal property. It will depend on what coverages are on the policy. There are carriers that would include "machinery" that is permanently attached as real property. An insured will be asked to verify what was dam...

I have seen consultants charge hourly fees up to $500 per hour, charge a percentage of premium, charge by claim/employee, or charge a fee based on marketing the account and splitting the decrease in premium.
