Looking for a Work comp market for Temp Staffing firms that range in premium from 50,000 and up. Iam having a hard time finding a market wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions.

Iam an agent in NC and i know for a fact First Comp will not right these types of accounts. If they somehow do, please let me know, because our underwriter always declines them. Try Smith, Bell & Thompson, they have a program for Temp Staffing Nursing. http://www.sbtinsurance.com Hope this helps.

I agree with Rob, i have used Noodle hear in NC for last 3 years, never had a problem with them. I have moved on to a bigger agency now so i dont have to use them that much anymore since we represent most of their carriers,

Try Insurance Noodle, they dont have any volume requirements and write with National Carriers, you take 80% of the total commission which isnt bad.

Try Deep-South of Georgia, they may be able to do it through clarendon, just wrote a tow operation with them a couple of weeks ago. 800-336-3034 ask for wally. Hope this helps

We use imperial AI Credit and PFS, it depends on the premium with the type of rate you get. Just financed a policy about 20k in premium yesterday and the rate was7.65, but the lower the premium, higher the rate

I have never seen that, maybe Liability, but it should be the building owners responsibility to obtain coverage for his building.
