you will likely have to split up the rentals. Safeco and Travelers will do stand alone rental homes as long as they are properly updated wiring, plumbing etc... Safeco's limit is 16 rentals and Travelers is 9. So I recommend you find a company that will take the owner occupied's as supporting and wh...
