Curious to know everyone's opinions on the top carriers for personal lines and small commercial in WA State (can include Oregon too). So let's hear it!

Just placed a similar account through Scottsdale that even had a vacant building on it. Cheap premium but had some exclusions that could be of a concern all depending on your risk.

Philadelphia would be my choice - higher commissions (for me anyways). Or Scottsdale or USLI if you are appointed with them or access through GA.

Les Schwab? Anyways, with those states you get more limited as some regional companies that could have competed get thrown out do to licensing and filed rates in those states.
