Hi everyone,

I have an account that came across my desk in which I need to find a home for. It is a SCUBA retail store. They are a Five Star PADI dive shop offering air fills and instruction. In the winter months they also sell ski gear. Thank you in advance for your help.

Back to the original question, as an agency owner, what is the producers responsibility when writing and renewing a piece of business? If the producer has more responsibilites, do you pay them more; and vice versa? Your responses are appreciated.
