This is a non admitted Homeowner's insurance company owned by One Beacon. We think!

Does anyone know anything about them? Coverage forms? Phone, fax number, what California wholesalers represent them?

Does anybody know anything about Homeland Insurance Compny of New York, supposedly part of One Beacon Insurance Group, who writes homeowners insurance on a non admitted basis in California? From another party we have been advised that according to Best's rate guid, Homeland is not licensed in Califo...

Have General Contractors that are custom home builders who wish to start building condos. Exsiting carriers will not include coverage.
Anyone know market that would do a seperate policy that is not a wrap up? Minimum premium? If wrap up only what Minimum premium?

Don't know about VA, but in CA
Interstate F&C, Century Surety and Gen Star are available.

The tough part is including special event parking not at fixed based
locations.

Let us know if you know any other Companies other than Gen Star that will include the special events!
