Are there insurance options to cover termination of state programs (tuition vouchers)?
There are a variety of state government voucher programs providing tuition assistance to students with special needs.
If a program were to be terminated (or materially altered), the parents may not be able to keep the student in their current school.
If the school has many students supported by the same program, the school has a financial risk to its operations.
Is there a way for the parents or schools to buy some form of insurance to at least manage an orderly transition (say 12-18 months) of tuition assistance?
Thanks,
