I have a general contractor in Oregon who has a non-auditable policy with United Specialy Insurance.
Is anyone familiar with this surplus lines company or know of any client experiences?
He pays a big chunk of premium and I can't see how they can promise he won't be audited.

Be careful with United Specialty, they have some funny SubContractor conditions.

I agree with Lady Broker. Read the Warranty Requirement Endorsement as well

Santa Rosa Broker
I forgot about the warranty conditions, actually, that's the more onerous of the two endorsements.
