Looking for a market for a combo umbrella in which ph holds 32 rental units in name of LLC . Had placed with Personal umbrella.com but their new reinsurer limits units to 30. Any ideas

That will not work as they only do ca for the commercial units and then not any thing more than 4 plex

A&M's BIG Umbrella can extend to properties outside of California as long as the primary residence is in CA. The program will also cover apartment buildings as well as the fourplexes, triplexes, duplexes and single family dwellings.
