I have a Michigan contractor working in ND and WY. He purchased WC from each monopolistic state which does not include employers liability. His GL and WC carrier is not filed for either State, so can't add Stop Gap to his policies. I've asked a couple of WC carriers for a monoline policy to cover the ND & WY EL exposure, but no takers. Any ideas?
