Janitorial Service - Insurance

Post by popodad »

I need a market for a Janitorial Company in CT doing work in CT, MA, NY, and PA - Subcontracting 95% off all labor. Company also does strip and wax.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

The POPO!!!

Janitorial market

Hartford might write that but they will probably want the subs to be insured. If the subs don't have coverage, you may want to suggest that the insured report the subs payroll as their own employee payrolls and surcharge the subs for the coverage extended to them. An employee safety training program would be advised at that point as well. Just one answer...there are many ways to answer this problem...

Try All Risks (http://www.allrisks.com) at least I think that's right. They write a National Janitorial program with Everest.
