Here's another tough one.
Trying to locate an alternative market for workers comp for the the amusement industry. Specifically a Fair / Rennaisse type festival.

An alternative to whom? Where is the risk placed now, and to whom else have you sent it? If we know this, you may get a better, more precise, response.
