There is a carrier who offers patent infringement who will also offer coverage for infringement/Trademark & Copyright coverage. Does your client own any patents, or has client applied for any?

IPIS is great, particularly for Patent, but you can get a Media Liability policy done much more easily with a Media Liability carrier such us Media Professional or Chubb. As long as the Insured doesn't need Patent, a Media Liability carrier is probably your best bet.
