Looking to place 23 rental dwellings in Long Island, NY with a standard Market.
Rental Dwellings
Not much capacity on LI if you're looking for a competitive rate. Are they one / two family dwellings? Coastal will also be a huge factor, and very challenging if East of Riverhead.
