What markets either direct or thru a surplus lines wholesaler would be good inCalifornia for a new venture which customizes high end vehicles. All mechnical work subbed out. Only 3 employees, payroll $163,000 and $1,000,000 estimated receipts. Is there a surplus lines broker that specializes in Garage Liab. and GKL?

I would look in the Insurance Marketplace book. They list all the excess and surplus carriers. There's bound to be a carrier to help you. Not sure of any direct writers. I use Zurich, Hartford and Philly but they won't do it. Hope this helps.

Did you try entering either "auto" or "garage" in IJ's Directory of Excess and Surplus? Just go back to the home page and then click on "directories" to enter it. It's a really good resource. Good luck.
