Somewhere, somehow there is someone doing Small General Contractors doing home remodels. Does anyone know who these mysterious insurers are?

Thanks,

Try McClelland & Hine or Cravens, Dargan/Burns & Wilcox. We have written GC's with them quite a few times. I find that MHI has better rates. Be advised, these are surplus markets.
Hope this helps.

We are looking for a market for small to mid sized generals, artisians etc, in Washington and Oregon. Any one have any ideas.... I have a couple markets however we are running into problems especailly with new ventures.

Also we are an MGA - we have no problems with teaming up with another MGA, we pre-screen the submissons throughly- with the market the way it is now we need to work together on the harder to place stuff. Tends to be a win - win for everyone....
