Private Tutors

Hi All!

I'm based in NY state and I came across an unusual kind of risk...Private Tutoring...the insured will be working out of their home and plans on visiting the clients (3rd grade to senior high school) at their home.
Has anyone run across this before?
Suggestions for coverage?

I suppose I would start with advising my client to get up with an attorney to draft a contract for services to be signed by the parents of the child to be tutored and an agreement to perform to be signed by the child being tutored. Then I would check with a carrier with a solid background insuring educators (United Educators comes to mind - http://www.ue.org/). I would consider an educators liability policy with sexual molestation coverage and a general liability policy. I'm not sure that there will be an affordable policy for an individual tutor, but United Educators should be a good starting point.
