Installing Breathalyzer's in California

I've got a new business installing, monitoring and un-installing breathalyzers (also known as ignition interlocks) in car ignitions in California. That's all they will be doing. No other car repair services. They hope to open 7-8 locations around the state. Anybody have a market? Thanks, Brad.
