Try Scottsdale but don't know anyone who's writing theft anymore.

CathyIEA is write the one I have is with Western Heritage part of Scottsdale although I heard from someone Safeco(Package) can do it, but never been able to find someone at Safeco that knows anything about it. The theft issue I am not sure who wants to cover that. At one time I got a chance to quote Cigarettes Cheaper franchise but only on the WC. I don't remember who the Package was with. You might try a friendly producer at Armstrong/Robatille, they controlled the Cigarettes Cheaper franchise at the time.
