Product Liability for Non-invasive medical device

Post by shemeshka »

Hello, anyone can suggest where to place a product liability for a distributor of Non-invasive medical device? They importing it from Europe to Canada. AIG, Lexington, and General Star declined.
I need a fast placement.

Thank you in advance.

I have not checked this but I have a friend who ran accross Hartford (BOP?) as a market for a Nasal Spray. We both looked and could not find anything better.

Please give me a call. Evanston is usually pretty good on this class. We also have a few other markets. 888-633-6284

Both Hartford and Medmarc can help on the GL. If Hartford cannot do products Hartford can write x-products and pick up rest of package.

Medmarc is admitted, claims made, defense in limits

Try VGM Insurance. I got approval for a birthing rope through them. Wasn't cheap, but no one else would touch it!

I think Shand would be a decent market, likely Jeffery Dunn and I are thinking the same folks.

Shand declined due to not enough sales in US.
