Any decent surplus lines broker/MGA - Swett, AmWins, etc.

If you are a member of IBAWest, they have acces to a discounted commercial quake program with Markel. You can also check with American E & S on California Street in SF. They tell me that the rates have just increased tremendously, though - perhaps they can quote a DIC for you?

Golden Bear is the carrier I have the best luck with price and coverage wise.
