GL only, HOA's single famliy detached homes

Anyone out there know of and admitted carrier in Calif, writing GL only for caption. Small grass park and small play ground. 61 single family detahed dwellings. No claims will stay on the books forever

Does it have to be admitted? Scottsdale does these all day long, if they are larger, Admiral is a good market.
On the admitted side, have you tried Travelers(or whatever they call themselves these days), Hartford or Safeco? Also, you might have better luck if you package with the Property, I know there;s not alot, but they probably have a clubhouse and some walls/fences?

Ladybroker, thank you so much. They are currently with ScottsDale, some new endorsement was added to the GL policy and i have to move them. I am going to CK Travlers, and yes they got their Umbrella back.

I am sure you have some property that must be covered, Walls, Fences, sprinklers etc. A very good market for this type of risk is Distinguished Programs.
