E&O for Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement

Has anyone had success writing E&O for a MEWA at a reasonable premium?
We have an E&O insolvency legal defense policy that the MEWA can pruchase to protect all of its agents, or that your agency can purchase to protect itself from the insolvency of the MEWA.
We need recent financials to underwrite the MEWA.
