WC for Marina/Restaurant inland lake Texas

Marina is open. Rest. will not be 'til early '08. marina doesn't generate much premium but rest will. Had one indication but would not write 'til rest. is up & running. Wants coverage asap along with indication of rest premium. No prior coverage. Besides that have had 7-8 declinations due to the marina without even any questions. Any ideas out there? :idea: :idea: :idea: :idea:
