Wanted: Hard to place accounts & referral partners

I'm a nationwide Employee Leasing/PEO broker who has a market for almost anything. I'm looking for professional agents to partner with who would like to either exchange referrals (we only sell PEO services) or create additional income - simply by referring employers who need or fit the Employee Leasing/PEO service model.
