Where have you tried? I have several MArkets and do not want to overlap.

Try the Distinguished Programs (http://www.distinguished.com). No one will beat them on price or coverage, but qualifying can be tough. They do write on New Hampshire and Granite State paper, which are AIG subsidiaries. That doesn't bother me at this point, but it can be a sticking point with customers.

Other standard markets include MiddleOak, Secura, Acuity, Fireman's Fund (probably not competitive though), State Auto (may not be competitive), Auto Owners, Columbia Mutual...there are many who will write a decent apartment risk. You'll need lots of COPE info for all these carriers. Expect supplemental apps.

I have markets that will compete. E-mail me ACORD apps with a habitational supplement to kkukral@intlxs.com
