Privately ouned public swimming pool

I am having a hard time finding a market for this account. It seems there are markets for Swim clubs out there but nothing for a public pool. Anyone have any ideas.

It's privately owned, but open to the public? Would you advise where your risk is located, maybe that will spur some interest from other posters.

The pool is owned by a Corporation and is open to the public for an admission fee. The risk is located in Southwestern
Pennsyvania in a rural community. On the grounds are several picnic shelters which can be rented. The risk does provide catering service on thier site only. At the pool there is one water slide about 12-15 ft off the ground at the starting point.

There are some private swimming pools that are one for public but there is a fee for every visitor. Some of the private resort is just like that.
