Call Steve Levy from Capacity Coverage in NJ. They write the same risks in NY.

State Farm writes these guys, because they are Non Emergency, so they're just vans with folks in them. Now, does State Farm know that's what they are writing...probably not...but one of my retail brokers has several of these with State Farm on the Auto liability.
