I am in search of a standard market that will write property on 2 franchised fast food restaurants in Florida. So far, Travelers, Hartford, Zurich, Auto Owners, Safeco, Penn Nat, Great Central, have all stated they are not writing property in FL. Does anyone know of a market that I could go to?

I expect that the Property will need to be placed with an E&S carrier.

In this case Montgomery is offering a renewal to the client. I have already sent this risk to our brokers but I am just trying to exhaust all options.
