Does anyone know of a market for scaffolding contractors operating in New York City?

NY is getting tougher with recent changes in scaffolding laws. The potential markets are: Lex, Liberty Int'l, Steadfast, Axis, American Empire and Arch. Most of these markets have high minimum premiums for this class of business and it all depends on your relationship with your underwriter as far as getting them to offer terms.
