Hi Everyone,

I am a broker in California and I need Medical Malpractice Insurance for a one day health fair event here in California.
The MD vounteering has her own coverage with her employer (through the Cal State U system) and they will not extend coverage for this event. She will be giving flu shots, blood pressure checks, drawing blood for cholesterol screenings, etc. Does anyone know of a market that would help in this situation? I already have several E & S carriers helping me, however, if someone out there has any suggestions, that would be great. Most markets will only write an annual term. The event takes place on October 24th, so I need a reply ASAP. Thanks in advance, everyone!

The issues of medical malpractice do not usually arise immediately with respect to symptoms. Hmmm...I'm not quite sure what you really need. Is it medical negligence solicitors or medical negligence insurance? You can both find them online. But before you commit yourself to a policy make sure you make a background check on the insurance company. You can even ask a solicitor for excellent advice on what to look for an insurance company.
