Young CA driver born in 1989 - 2 at fault accident in 2008 - just purchased and has loan for a 1994 jeep for $13K. The jeep has been customized (suspension, engine, etc) and evidently is worth $13K. Farmers won't touch it because the endorsements which we would usually use are only for CA Good Drivers!

Any ideas?

Progressive with a stated value endorsement?

I did check with an agent in town who can access Progressive - rate was so high I thought I would reach out to see what other options might be available.
