Work Comp for Residential Care Home

Residential care home for brain injured ambulatory adults (not developmentally disabled) - for profit business - licensed for 15 beds. I checked mynewmarkets.com and had no luck. Any suggestions?

I have a few PEO markets that will look at that type of risk.
