Hi I'm a licensed insurance adjuster looking at starting an adjusting firm. But I'm having a hard time finding the laws and insurance policies. Any suggestions where to go?
Thanks

JT,
Most lines of insurance are regulated at the State level. Each State has their own set of insurance regulations (Insurance Code). These "codes" are accessible as individual volumes as well as contained within the State's Stautes. Example, the State of Florida's insurance codes can be found in the 400's and 600's sections of the Statutes.
The "filed form" of each carrier can also be found at your State's Department of Insurance. Of course the best source for these forms would be your carrier clients themselves.
Best of luck with your new venture.
