Moving/Storage Goods Company in IL with Losses

Looking for a trucking primary auto market for a long-haul moving/storage trucking company located in IL. There are a couple of significant losses (1 at fault, 1 bad luck) in the past couple years, and some frequency losses. Our team is working with them and connecting them to some industry safety consultants to help clear up issues, but the standard industry markets - Vanliner, Movers Choice, & Transguard - probably are not going to be players due to the 5-year loss ratio. We are Great West agents, but they've declined due to losses.
We currently have: Canal, AIG, American Equity, and a few other E/S markets but are looking for ideas. Insured is willing to take an SIR. Any ideas?
