Given the lapse in time, you have more than likely found a market. I would recommend personalumbrella.com. I've worked with the agency in the past as a company rep before joining the agency side. Without a doubt, their service is fast, easy, and on good paper. Everything is done online, with no application, no MVRs, etc.

Check them out. I know the owners and it is a top notch organization.

The Hartford is another good option to check for Personal Umbrella Insurance.

Try RLI as well.
