Since the risk is located on a barrier island your best bet is TWIA.

Property is ineligible for TWIA due to no WPI-8. It's not technically a barrier island, it's Bolivar Peninsula. Not Galveston Island.

With no WP-8 certificate next choice is some MGA's Lloyds contract. But, we all remember what Ike did to Bolivar.

And that's what I'm looking for, an MGA that has one of those contracts. This particular property was not damaged by Ike, other than needing a reroof. Solid structure.
