We need to find a General Liability Market for a 36 lot custom home subdivision Homeowner Association. No special recreational or other facilities but the streets and infrastructure have been turned over the Association and General Liability insurance is needed.
The lots are being sold one by one and individual custom homes built, sometimes by the developer and sometimes by other contractors.
Scottsdale and other markets approached by our wholesaler have declined because there is still ongoing construction even though it is for individual custom homes.
Any tips or ideas on markets to approach for this would be greatly appreciated!
